Yes, anyone can be a QEPR Contact. Your QEPR Contacts do not need to be Members of QEPR. 

You may select any three family members or close friends to be your QEPR Contacts. 

We recommend choosing three individuals that you are in regular contact with as there is a good chance they will be close to you and notified, the moment your misplaced device is found.

If you own a second phone, we recommend making your second phone a QEPR Contact so you are instantly notified, the moment your misplaced 2nd device is found.

As a feature of your paid QEPR Membership, Your QEPR Contacts can be updated from your mobile application, and/or website User Profile. Please log in HERE.
