You will be immediately connected with the phone owner's QEPR Contacts, and can arrange for the phone's quick and easy return.

If the phone owner's QEPR Contacts happen to be unavailable, your smartphone's map will present you with the closest FedEx and UPS location(s). You can then simply drop the phone off, and let QEPR handle the rest!
